Visitor Tax

A deposit is required to secure the booking. A local visitor tax of €2.50 per person per night will also be applied to the price quoted. Children under 14 are exempt from local tax.

Booking

We ask for a deposit to secure your booking. After payment you will receive confirmation of your booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please include your name and the date of your stay as the reference when making a bank transfer.

Accepted forms of payment

Bank transfer (prior to arrival), cash or credit card.

Arrival and departure

Your apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellation, deposit etc.

If you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations are never nice – for guests or hosts. We grant your right to cancel under our cancellation policy according to Italian Civil Code article 1382.

• For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival: your booking may be cancelled free of charge.
• For cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price.
• For cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total price.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price.

Because we know the unexpected can arise, we highly recommend organising travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. This information is mandatory according to EU regulation no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council. You can access the online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes of the European Commission here.

Booking confirmation

To confirm your booking we require a bank transfer of 25% of the total price of your stay to the following account:

Your reservation is valid upon receipt of the transfer. According to Italian Civil Code article 1385, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
